Collected information about children’s accounts can be deleted by revoking your consent for that child’s account on the parent’s account page. The child’s account will within a short time be unable to access the website. After approximately a week, the data for the child’s account will be deleted. Before the child’s account is deleted, you can re-give consent to the child’s account from the parent’s account page. After the child’s account is deleted, the child’s account will no longer be available.
This website was created as part of a research study on assessing collaborative problem solving characteristics. We or our licensor’s may publish research and analysis of information you provide to us or we collect in any paper, article, manuscript, report, poster, internet posting, presentation slides, abstract, outline, video, presentation, or other disclosure, whether printed, electronic, oral, or in some other form. No published information will contain personally identifiable information. Instead, publications will summarize data or aggregate data in such a way that the confidentiality of users is maintained. Research topics of interest include, but are not limited to, educational methodologies, human and computer interaction, personality, collaborative problem solving characteristics, and delivery of online content.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALL KINDS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY CLAIMS), REGARDLESS OF THE FORUM AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY ACTION OR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000). EACH PARTY IS OBLIGATED TO MITIGATE THE IMPACT OF ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.
